Don't get me wrong, he's a prime human specimen, physically superior to most everybody but bodybuilders, but Captain America is, as far as I've understood from his films, the peak of human conditioning—he is the furthest a human body can go without going into supernatural territory, so he should by all means blow Batman out of the water in that aspect. Even with Batman's gadgets, he shouldn't be able to take down Captain America for any lengthy amount of time. His best bet would be an extremely high-powered taser, which would logically do damage to Cap since the current affects muscle ridiculously easier than it affects fat, or a nerve agent. Captain America with all of his strength shouldn't be able to withstand a biological war tearing his body apart from the inside, but I don't know for sure.

You acts as if though technique and finesse is better than strength. Compare it to Freeza going up against SSJ Trunks.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	I think the only way Batman could win without getting his plane and blowing Cap the crap up would be if he used some kind of sleep or poison gas. But then Cap still has some resistance to things like that so it's possible he could hold it off until he beat Batman, Bat would have to immediately flee the scene. And given that he doesn't know that Cap is almost superhuman, probably not going to be his first tactic. Depending on the battlefield and whether or not he has something to knock Cap out, Batman can win but in any other instance Cap wins with a little difficulty.
	Definitely not a succubus, fear not
